       @anthony my biggest concern would have been letting someone who has exposed themselves as a monumental dipshit, who themselves has no medical background of any kind, and who denies well-established science about, for example, vaccines, getting anywhere near biotech

       @anthony Excuse my cynicism, but would the brain chips be based on a subscription model, like ink cartridges for printers? or would the chips need constant updates, like Teslas? could a remote hacker get into the system, disable the battery, or cause it to explode? #enshittification seems likely

       @anthony The difference, of course, is that #automotive regulation does not effectively exist in the US... the complete opposite is true of medical device regulation.
