Apparently a lot of people forget to remove the plastic wrapper from the air filter :blobcatgiggle: Just a little heads up, it takes months for some to discover this :flan_laugh:

@stux Hah, reminds me of one time visiting a family member when they complained about their television having a wonderful screen but terrible audio. Turned out the TV was sold with plastic wrap over the speakers that you were supposed to remove along with the rest of the packaging. They'd had the TV for years. Conclusion: manufacturers sometimes don't do the best job providing, er, unboxing instructions :D

@stux Yep, bought the same one. Twice. Took me a week to discover.But what is weally_important about this airfilter: not too expensive and its HEPA-filter is replacable and separately for sale.
