Industrial work is insane too. They pushed lots of White men out and filled the spots with literal fresh-off-the-boat negros and clueless women since 2015, and these people *cannot* perform. Making mistakes in my particular position either means big $$ and/or people die, and they can't fill the spots with White guys now.
