       A group of three or four people get to go through a hoarder's stuff... and they have the option to sell anything they find (there would be a panel of expert appraisers on site to help appraise each item.) Each person gets to keep a third of the money they make from the total sales they made.. the other two thirds goes towards the hoarder's rehabilitation. I think it would be an interesting show, since the viewer would get to see what kind of hidden "collectable" each hoarder might have, and how much each appraiser would price said items at. Also it would be done to mostly help said hoarder get through their issues that causes them to hoard.

       @Natsura It'd be really cool if they had small "interview" style videos from other previous hoarders on the show about how they have changed, things they learned about in therapy and essentially had a "I'm capable of change" message at the end.
