       @kairyssdal I don't think the current rates are actually restricting much. I know one couple holding off on buying a house, but my city and state happily approved every bond on the ballot, even though the cost of paying them back is something like 60% higher than when rates were low. I shudder to think about what kind of credit card and auto loan balances my friends have.
