       @Shadowman311 @Fash-E to their credit bitchute’s big innovation was peer sharing of videos, so when chrome stopped that (presumably bc they owned YouTube and didn’t want competition) their project probably stopped being interesting to the founders

       @Shadowman311 Pewtube, set up in a few weeks back in 2016, was so much better than Bitchute it was a sick joke. Of course he had no monetization path so it was shut down eventually. The web selects for grift skills not technical prowess.

It was never a browser issue of any sort, Bitchute chose to turn off p2p years ago and never gave a reason why.Bitchute is a dead-end honeypot. Odysee is a cryptoscam that is trying to pivot to advertising and tracking info sales.
