       @BrianHarrod lots of freaking out about this but it’s not about going after individual pirates - the case is against an isp who they say didn’t do anything about repeat infringements. People posted stuff like ‘[ISP] doesn’t care - I’ve had loads of warnings and they didn’t do anything’ - so they are trying to use those comments to show that the isp knowingly allowed repeat offenders to carry on pirating.  It’s still pretty stupid,  but they’re not looking to catch individuals here.
