We have some GPU compute that I have to manage outside config management because they're so fussy. There's a weird thing I've found absolutely consistent in package managers, be it deb or RPM, and it is that if you have multiple sources you will at some point get a shit sandwich in your dependency graph. Without fail.

@sullybiker Always trust #Debian stable and make efforts or atleast keep helping the debian developers to support/port the #package/update to mainline Debian instead of just using the alternative repo route. I am happy we have #matrix #synapse as well as #nheko client on mainline Debian. Ruby and nodejs packages will hardly have a chance here. In #Fediverse world #pleroma only stands the chance of getting packaged the last time I saw.
