       Found clarification. It's only for real life firearms. But this still basically bans anyone from streaming from a firing range, or anyone streaming law enforcement. I'm sure obvious exceptions will be made for the media of course, but nobody else.

       Good. More people will have to migrate to alternatives, more chance one of these will eventually become big enough to be actual competition to YT. Not saying it'll happen or this is the reason, but every bad decision on YT part increases the probability.
