@Teri_Kanefield Ivanka and Jared testified to the Jan 6 committee, whose subpoenas had less power than a grand jury's. If they were willing to obey a subpoena from the Jan 6 committee, they're definitely obeying one from a grand jury.

@alfredo_liberal @Teri_Kanefield It's been more than two years. This isn't a regular crime. We know for certain that if a Republican wins the Presidency in 2024, everyone is getting a pardon on day one. I don't care if the pardons come - I just want a conviction first.

The DOJ was far ahead in certain areas, which was why the J6 committee so often quoted the DOJ's indictments and verdicts.(Actually I need to add that explanation to my FAQ page where I have other reasons for why your statement is false.)It was spread by a few TV prosecutors who were not following the DOJ cases.
