       #Brexit has been pretty good for the EU, even if initially painful.  #nationaldivorce might be good for the US, especially if only a couple of states actually left. Once they went broke could come back as territories.

       @johnquiggin I don't think I've ever seen a politician actively pursue legal secession through legislative action — I think joint action of a state legislature and the US Congress would be all that's required. But the point of talking about this is to indulge fantasies of violent revolt.
