@LadyButters Mediterranean people love olive oil, and coffee, both for good reasons. So, why not together? I'm curious about this experiment.By the way, last year I quit all seed oils, only olive oil and animal fat in my kitchen now, for everything, and I'm not coming back to seed oils.

Tastes foul. Oil slick surface layer that won't even attempt to meld in since there's no proteins in the ghee to act as intermediaries and attracts all the bitter oils from the actual coffee.
