@rolle it looks better if no symmetrical. Most arrow pointers are asymmetrical.

@rolle I feel like there's an explanation in here that's both an emphasis on the angles and also that cursors were originally designed for a 1:1.2 aspect ratio on CRT monitors that, just eyeballing it, would straighten this out. They probably never changed it because sometimes things look right just by familiarity. I literally have done this same thing for game projects.

@bluestarultor @rolle @Xibanya Designer in the thread: perfect symmetry and exact shapes can look weird to a human eye, so this is done on purpose to make our experience with digital realm as natural as possible. This is also a reason why 'O' in some fonts is actually almost always slightly stretched or compressed even if it looks like a perfect circle
