From my most recent roll(not the one I posted about today....) A roll of HP5+ shot in my point-and-shoot Pentax zoom 70-X.That last one with the leaf did not end up exposed quite right. The leaf is much darker than I was expecting. Still turned out ok. It was blowing in the wind and "drew" that pattern in the snow. The rest turned out decent.I'm still kinda getting used to shooting with this camera. Because it's not a SLR the view finder is not connected directly to the lense so what I see is not exactly what it's shooting. A few shots got ruined because of this.#35mm #filmisnotdead #photography #hp5

@mgrondinNice shits! HP5 always been my favorite.Do you develop/scan yourself? One of them has a white spot near the upper right corner that looks like it could be something on the emulsion. If you have a darkroom I bet you could still get a good print out of that leaf picture.

@grendel84 thanks.I don't do my own processing or printing. I don't get much printed just get the scans mostly. One day I may do my own development and scanning.

@mgrondin Doing your own developing is easier than most people realize. It doesn't require a darkroom or very much equipment at all.In fact, you can even make your own film developer using instant coffee!

@grendel84 part of my concern is around the temperature requirements which may not be as big a deal as I'm making it...I plan on getting a kit from cinestil with the all in one dev/fixer solution

@mgrondinColor film has some tricky temp requirements, but fortunately B&W development is done with the chemicals at about 68F, which is pretty close to room temperature. Most of the time I'm able to get it to come out of my faucet at that temperature.I've not tried that kit, but I've heard that it's a great way to get started since it's a single bath process.Tip: whenever you go to buy a tank and reels make sure to get the plastic reels.
