the water and soap faucets look completely different though... sure they're both silver, but the soap ones have a black thing poking out the end and don't aim downwhy is this so hard for people to figure out? it's kinda silly

@feld @prometheus there is at best enough information here to work out that they do different things, I would have no understanding of which one does what without the labelsThe design fail is not that the puzzle needs to be easier, it's that there shouldn't be a puzzle at all, it's a sink.

@SnoopJ @feld @prometheus Also, this appears to be a public bathroom, where there will be users who haven't encountered the setup before.And in a couple of situations, making the wrong choice could be pretty unpleasant.

@alcinnz @prometheus Man, I SO miss buttons now.I turned on my grandmother's old flip phone a few months back and got hit with a wave of -- not nostalgia, but realizing how much better even a stupid T9 keyboard is to a touchscreen-only device.

@RL_Dane Oh wow you've just reminded me of my old phone with the slide keyboard. I think it was a samsung galaxy something like this. My favourite phone I ever had. I had it for years. Was sad to upgrade it when it got too old. 😔
