       I just finished Everything Is OK by Debbie Tung. I really recommend it to everyone, either to have a better understanding of #depression and #anxiety or to help heal from them.I kept pausing and staring at pages.#Comics (psst, it's available for free on hoopla for #Ottawa residents who have a library card! And I'm sure for other cities too)
