@mkultra I think there maybe a dual loyalty issue at the end of the day. Does mike pay his best bud with the parties funds the guy who made him a star or does he stay loyal to the party he formed and maybe leave his old network out to dry. It is an issue that money going into one of either entity is going to both and i think its why conte brought up pay and salaries.

One day, you can’t hold them to professional standards because “it’s just a podcast”, the next you’re supposed to respect them as genuine political aspirants aiming at the height of world power. I think it’s being run like any other amateurish, slipshod, cobbled-together kitchen corporation. And from the sound of it they’re exceedingly resistant at the idea of turning it into a professional organization. Unless some things really turn around it’s likely death spiraling just like any other e-creator fandom. Just look at people who got big in 2014, sure they can be making $10k a month in patrons, but that gets whittled down month by month until they have the corps of die-hards. Constant expansion is critical, and they’re not too keen on letting in new blood from the sound of it. There’s hope to turn it around, but I don’t think they’re keen on doing what’s required.

It’s literally as simple as finding out the NJP account doesn’t have enough for plane tickets, and paying for them with the TRS account. Boom, now anyone digging in has a lead to start yanking on to prove they’re the same organization and any distinctions are a legal fiction. That’s why I’d like for them to turn it around and make all this nothing but growing pains and some embarrassing stories in the future. 20 years from now they could be laughing about the ‘early years’, saying “ah hell we had no idea what we were doing back then, we were learning as we went”. But that future requires people who DO know this stuff backwards and forwards…and successful men like that have something to lose. Given the behavior, those men - those assets - will not join. Hell, my meager amount of influence is too much for me to risk it, when I first heard about it I thought it might be nice to ‘get vetted’ and see if I could funnel jobs and recommendations into white guys. But it’s too risky. It’s not a workman’s group as much as an excuse to hang out and party, from what I’ve gathered. I don’t need more fuck-ups in my life, I need competent white brothers.

They should have it in their documentation, or minutes that managing members approved the transfer, that it was known about by the other company brass, etc. I don’t think it’s wrong necessarily to just have one guy w/ the right authority do a no-notice transfer, but it would be nice to have a paper trail to the other members/partners recording the decision and getting some agreement from the rest. I work with guys that let on to a greater dissatisfaction w/ the system than you’d think. I see the amount of good ONE man with a 5M company can make - pulling a handful of them into the fold could literally create 10 dozen white families out of nothing. While they talk about networking as if it’s an end goal, I don’t know if they’re interested in actively setting short term goals and working towards them. It’s a legit business, and if the account is using the LLC’s name and bank account then it should be okay. Granted, they should be retaining all records of transactions within the kraken account to prove the money is going to biz purposes, keeping payroll if that’s how they handle it, etc. IDK what state, or exactly how it could bite them, but there are times when the owner of an LLC is still liable for all the taxes of the biz. Imagine being Conte and finding out you’re on the hook to pay 30% payroll tax of everything the company’s been giving out for a few years. Scary. (But I’m still just guessing here)

I’m not thinking there was out and out intentional fraud or crime by any means, but I everything I’ve seen points to a general sloppiness and unprofessionalism that endangers everyone named in company ink. I even agree with a good deal of what Sven and Mick have said, I think their portion of the story is somewhat true, as is Greg’s. I think they’re in over their head, and have a LOT of outstanding risk because of sloppy or nonexistent recordkeeping, and any corporate armor they think they have is an utter fiction. This whole thing should be a “Come to Jesus” moment that gets them to spend the next month reviewing and revising the level of corporate upkeep they’ve done, and if the current structure is too sloppy, they’ll shutter it and start from scratch.I very much stand opposed to the way their people have handled this though - They’re having a hard time getting away from internet bloodsports and into movement building diplomacy. They’re very, VERY quick, almost eager to burn bridges the second someone asks a question because they’ve spent almost 10 years bickering online. That will NOT augment membership, and is a wonderful way to make sure your movement sputters out, bleeding a few hundred people a month. I understand WHY they’re quick to anger, but still disappointed that they’re so content to burn bridges with white brothers when they aspire to eventually integrate everyone into this would-be NSDAP. They have lost sight of their brotherhood, and that doesn’t bode well for growth, nor becoming a viable political option. It only bodes somewhat poorly for keeping up a thriving drama subreddit for a dying niche show though.

You see small companies like this, where they get a burst of surprise success, incorporate, and manage to get through the entry-level stuff to start growing and actually hire outsiders. Suddenly, the company starts having issues, because until now, everyone was friends/family and you didn’t NEED official company procedures. You didn’t need rules and regulations, because who needs to actually manage family? Well, once you hire your first handful of outsiders, you have to grow up and codify a lot of things that had been unwritten (and unnecessary) when it was just you and the bro’s. I’d bet they’re around that stage now, and failing to stick the landing here is a crisis many a company does not survive.

It may not have been a true fire, but there’s a smoldering wire sitting next to a bucketful of rags and everyone’s shrugging him off because it hasn’t caught flame (yet). I’m just saying that they need to fix the wiring and get rid of the bucket. Nobody in the group knows entirely what they’re doing, from the sound of it, unless there’s some secret corps of business-owners that have completed a successful, headache-free company handover/sale I don’t know of (totally possible). Sounds like a typical learn-as-you-go kitchen LLC and those never hold up under scrutiny. Unlike the rest of them though, theirs will almost undoubtedly be targeted someday, so it’s best to get the house in order ASAP if it isn’t already. As things are they probably have like, $3500 or so in either accountant or legal fees in order to go over EVERYTHING and make sure they’re nice and safe with the structure as it stands. Maybe there’s a couple accountants/lawyers in the membership for cheap.

Leadership saw that Greg couldn't be trusted to be a member of the Council and decided to move him out, but instead of amicably parting ways he threw this shitfit.People thought Greg would be dedicated to the cause but he cared more about his personal position than the overall organization. Pretty low of Greg given NJP basically threw him a lifelife after he got burned by Spencer and lost his job.

I’ve seen this kind of thing IRL where someone’s angry and just digs their heels in with a “fuck them, I don’t owe them anything” attitude. If it’s like that, then every bit of counsel that doesn’t well up from within their own mind is jettisoned into space, totally unconsidered. Terminal internet burnout. Bickering online for this long has fried out any sort of patience, any sense of collaboration. It’s all down to a binary decision - does this person 100% back everything I say and do? and if it’s no, they’re gonna be ignored.
