@JDPilley @PadreSJ Rights are not a product of government. That the gov't sets a condition to when it will protect a right, does not it doesn't exist elsewise, it simply dictates when the gov't will infringe a right.

@JDPilley @PadreSJ A person has a right regardless of whether a gov't exists, or agrees with it.All a gov't can do is choose to accept it, or aggress upon a person for using it.Typically, they choose the latter.
