       @KimPerales just in case the question was not purely rhetorical, the govt doesn't like to indict corporations. It can be done but there are concerns about a criminal conviction causing a business (that makes $) to fold. Truthfully, not everyone believes corporate wrongdoing IS crime. They'll send someone to prison for 20 years for taking a carton of cigarettes form 7-11...but they get angst if you suggest sending a CEO to prison for say....wage theft in the thousands. Its about what is valued.

       @fulanigirl Yes, it’s the CEOs, & they’re always treated with impunity, but I’m hopeful that given Biden’s antitrust & worker/pro-union advocacy, that the admin will challenge the status-quo, but it will take time & unfortunately nothing will happen in the near future.

       @KimPerales don't put too much faith in Biden. He talks pro-union but you see he acted against the railroad union...and look what happened in East Palestine, OH! Unfortunately we are addicted to predatory capitalism, and quiet as its kept, Biden is OK with that. We are getting some anti-trust movement though, so we'll see how far that will go.
