The weirdest thing of all, 2 years ago i went to the denist (aside from each half year) becaude I had pain in my jaw for weeeksAfter I got there they checked my mouth for 2 min and told me there was nothing and it was all in my head...But.. it turns out, it was my wisdom tooth pushing up that caused the pain :nkoFacepalm: That's why I got charged €170, for a 2 min check and telling me it was nothing..I'm never gonna go to that dentist ever again

@stux ... I mean....wtf... standard practice is to take an x-ray (at least here)?That would have IMMEDIATELY shown the issue, and justified the bill. maybe.I smell malpractice!

Lol, my mom just had an appointment with this same denist and she asked them about this "It was an old bill" they said 🤔 wtf? So I'm gonna call the dentist on Monday to see what we can do cause I'm not gonna accept this shit.. Not anymore.. (I totally get that some amount is added for late fees etc but not TIMES 10)

@stux My wife had to work 12 hour days with wisdom tooth pain for over three years. No dental insurance and the tooth became infected. It then grew out sideways then the day the orthodontist was to extract it the tooth split in half and fell out on its own.

@stux IANAL, and I don't know about NL-laws but in Germany I have a bill that I get at least every three months. The time I got it for the first time I told them I would not pay, since it was already statute-barred (as google says is the translation for not being actionable for being too long ago).And then there is the thing, that they normally have to tell you you are behind in time. Which they didn't, as it seems.
