@killyourfm @mozilla I want to use K9 mail, but I need a calendar function. Will this be included soon?

@jahruhn @mozilla Our immediate plan with K-9 / Thunderbird Android is to focus on core functionality, and integrate with the existing Calendar apps on your mobile. None of this is set in stone, but we are going to focus on the essentials first.

@jahruhn @killyourfm what would be the benefit of having the mail and calendar in one app?

@shironeko @killyourfm and the ability to create an appointment out of an email. Or the ability to create tasks out of emails. Which I use on a weekly basis.

@jahruhn @killyourfm that doesn't require them to be the same app. in fact it's better to be separate and use a public interface. this way people can swap either side out if they want something different
