       @SandraN I think motor-mouth is one of several failed political leaders speaking to an audience of equally uninspiring irrelevants. I'm not sure it's worth any attention other than to remind us all just how bad he was/is. He does remain an embarrassing oaf though and it would be better if he kept quiet.
