Right now I like to imagine him almost appearing as if ice skating across the floor as he slides to and fro atop a solid layer of discarded glass liquor bottles in his computer room slamming into walls while screaming about the ahogs, the corn memes, and that god damn wizard game. Sweat dripping down his rash covered face as the air conditioner can't keep his 100 degree mold infested hot box cool enough to prevent heat stroke. The computer flickering in the corner, displaying a picture of Gator, tears streaming down his eyes as minor moments of lucidity overtake him and he suddenly realizes why yes, I really did move to Mexico and what a mistake that was.

I think Ralph is not able to feel heat anymore, he was bundled up on more layers than Rozy was wearing in Rome while it was 90 degrees outside a couple of days ago.
