@WashedOutGundamPilot We were lied to as a generation. In my early 30s, I chafed a little when boomers and gen Xers said "you're still young." You aren't. But you're told to constantly wait and work and hope for good things to come to you, for them to be given to you as a reward, until you're either too old, too entrenched, or otherwise incapable of achieving them for yourself.It's why I learned to strike when the opportunity presents itself when it comes to living life. If I'm getting bored, have a few days and some gas money, I'll pick a spot within a day's drive or so and tell my wife "we're going here." She loves it, even if it's just seeing a new part of the region.
