       Making a timeline of the #PTSD years. It's a bit like rummaging around in an old dusty box with a live electrical wire in the bottom. Mostly you grab good stuff: teddy bear...concert tickets...love note. And then every once in awhile, you grab the wire.Being gentle. Dipping in and taking breaks.
