@icecubesapp Would be great to select notification sound. Did not see such settings. The current sound I find awful, so I turned sound notifications off

@icecubesapp @thull Heard. Much appreciated. I am curious why the first iteration wouldn't be monolithic grouping instead of granular - without knowing whats under the hood, granular seems like it would be a more complex implementation.

@icecubesapp I don’t mind. I keep them enabled only to get them in the “bell” icon. I would disable them all if I could still see notifications numbers in app 😕

@eonity @icecubesapp One of the things I like about Ice Cubes is that there are clear UI choices made instead of making everything a setting to fiddle with. That said, in this case I had no idea which one to choose. I guess someone needs tintelt both and then choose the least bad one for most cases.

@jamesjm @eonity I think I’ll go with type at first. So at maximum you have like 4/5 threads of notification and you can see at a glance how many notifications of each kind you got.

@icecubesapp @eonity Type is the one I ended up voting for. Account/Post split makes more sense for people who only have one notification type enabled. Or maybe also for super popular people with multiple accounts who get a lot of notifications? 😅As such I expect that you yourself are a great test case for that situation.
