I’m trying out a few different #Mastodon apps at a time given the flood of new ones (it’s a good thing!).I am on iOS. If you say that my data is not collected, I would happily go with an app with a good UI that isn’t free. My favorite early-on bird site app was “Osfoora”. Sadly it didn’t last, but at the time it was perfect.

@absolutspacegrl Try #IceCubesApp before you settle on #Ivory. I’m shuffling between them and #TootApp. Trade offs between each, not sure if I will end up regularly using only one.

@heidilifeldman @absolutspacegrl did you settle on one after two weeks? I like the giphy in-built into #ivory but #icecubesapp is fantastic for regular updates but had some quirks. #tootapp is great and solid but missing features like seeing muted users (maybe there but hard to find)

@onlinegoddess No, I have not tried it. But thanks for link, just joined testing program. I am testing ivory, woolly, trunks and keeping an eye out for mammoth and Tusker updates.@heidilifeldman @absolutspacegrl @MonaApp

@teddy @heidilifeldman @absolutspacegrl @MonaApp @icecubesapp Yes, but I don’t like it on iPad as you can’t disable column view. It’s very clean though and I like the conversation threads as it’s very easy to see who’s talking to each other.
