3/ Via law professor Anthony Michael Kreis:I've read the order twice now. 4/ Via Tamar Hallerman:As many smart people have already noted: McBurney's order today all but confirms that the final report recommends indictments. The question now is whether DA Willis will agree. 5/ Via Stephen Fowler:Judge Robert McBurney said the report "provided the District Attorney with exactly what she requested: a roster of who should (or should not) be indicted, and for what, in relation to the conduct (and aftermath) of the 2020 general election in Georgia."

6/ More from Hallerman:Fulton DA #FaniWillis says she's satisfied with McBurney's order and doesn't plan to appeal the decision: “I believe Judge McBurney’s order is legally sound and consistent with my request. I have no plans to appeal today’s order.”Good. If Fani's happy, then I'm happy.
