       @jquillin I liked the coat! I was a little disappointed in her costume, NOT because it was maternity(?) – which I loved – but because it didn't DO anything. I wanted her to unzip it to reveal a different jumpsuit underneath or sequins or SOMETHING. So at least the coat was something.

       @stephstephking The coat was awesome and reminded me of André Leon Talley’s love for coats (and Alaïa).Look, Rihanna is fab no matter what she does. I  am with you - I wanted more pizazz and less monotonal. A jumpsuit is hardly a risk for maternity wear. But, still, she looked gorgeous and sounded amazing. So no need to complain!

       @jquillin @stephstephking I love the somewhat subtle , homage to an icon. It feels powerful to me that she didn't need the gimmick of a more splash costume and instead paid tribute to a man who changed the way fashion views black men in American.
