Luckily a bricked phone isn't much of an issue, but the backup of my TOTP keys is like 9 months out of date, which will definitely come back to bite me in the near future

@quad I think something similar happened to my PinePhone, it just wouldn't boot last time I tried to use it. Luckily I already gave up using it as a main device long ago, but still the idea that I'd have to probably wipe it to get it working again annoyed me enough to just let it continue collecting dust.

@brad The Sailfish updater got stuck halfway, online people said it would take 20 minutes, so I plugged it into power and left it for 4 hours, but still no change. But it was so stuck that it wouldn't even power off when I held the power button. Had to leave it until the battery ran flat. Then the phone didn't boot at all. I didn't even get the unlocked bootloader warning or sony logo when powering it on. The LED just lit up white for 1 second and then it was off again if I tried to power it on.Luckily it got into fastboot mode though, so I was able to just flash SailfishOS again, and so far everything seems to work fine.

@quad Oof, that sucks. In my case I have no idea what went wrong. Pretty sure I just powered it off when I wasn't gonna use it for a while and it never booted again. Like I must've had an update do something bad that didn't take effect until reboot.
