@cattailnu The problem with magic is that, being a kind of energy, you can't really control it. Just manage it and hope you never exceed the limits of your means of "control". And the first thing they teach you in college is "NEVER MIX MAGIC WITH OTHER DISCIPLINES". Not following that Commandment always results in unexpected things. A student tried to apply magic to a cooking lesson and no he has a room full of living food. The cookie creatures are nice. The roast beef aren't…#WritingPrompt
