She was horribly raped/trafficked twice & is STILL traumatized.2. She got power-happy and reveled in the suppression of twitter accounts delving too deeply into a painful past she wants forgotten.3.Cashman's heart is in the right place, but his transcriptions make weak sauce journalism

@roundy @Therealdcgirl @Genen 1) she was a groupie for My Chemical Romance and got chemed for some romance before realizing she made a bad decision.2) she was about as trafficked as any girl who has gone back stage to be a band members sex toy for the evening or you avg homeless person, but still refuses agency for her choices.Read her story such as it is and the only trafficking I saw was her plane ride back home while mostly wrecked

@PakkonenCT @Therealdcgirl @Genen I read the 2nd part where her mom, who works in healthcare, describes getting her back from California, after she had been raped and traumatized. Getting the call from the ER doctor and perusing the itemization of hospital care for Eliza, including rape kit. Harrowing shit. I believe Mom. I also think E has ineptly handled things, &NOT been clear, or forthcoming. I think a lot of that is due to her not properly processing her trauma. She's not faultless4sure

@PakkonenCT @Therealdcgirl @Genen absolutely. I imagine going what she went through throws your compass all off-kilter. I'm not excusing her behavior. She's been utterly traumatized and damaged. Yes, she's brought a lot of it on herself. I think if the harassment continues to this extent something awful will happen, beyond someone's twitter being suspended. Would love to see it resolved, as it's saddening from all sides.

@roundy @Therealdcgirl @Genen until she makes a police report about the rape I don't care about her trauma. Why? Accept your responsibility the way a man would be expected to. I have no sympathy for what amounts to a story. If she was raped I want that ahole in prison. Blubbering about trauma helps literally no one and the rapist goes on free as a bird.This isn't something that should be self promotional. That's just sick.

@PakkonenCT @Therealdcgirl @Genen We can debate the self-promotional aspects of it, but from part 1 of the Shane Cashman article, it sure seems she was didn't want Daily Wire to name her publicly in some of the efforts to get CP and other exploitative material removed. Seems like Prestigiacomo pressured her, and she acquiesced to it reluctantly...As for gathering evidence and pressing charges about a crime long ago 4 which no evidence remains, she opted 4 the path that wouldn't bankrupt her.

@roundyHmm. I struggle to believe her story. From years of backstage experiences and especially producing burn events/raves and attending those 'consent' meetings. Disagreement aside, I'm dying to find out the nature of the phone call between @defango & Shane Cashman that he tweeted about today.Tim Pool said he took some hours off yesterday to handle legal stuff. Wonder if these two things are connected, and if your cohost has grounds to sue over the Cashman article. They guy should have heeded Pool's advice and NOT pursued the story. I myself with the story had been handled by a better writer.
