       At the height of the gaydemic, I weighed 396lbs and could barely wipe my own ass. I quit my clown world management job and started working as a grunt in a meat factory. Today I weighed in at 338lbs. I took the plandemic to wake me up to the JQ and the sugar they put in absolutely gd everything, started eating primarily eggs,  meat, beans and frozen veggies. The e trad caths convinced me obesity is a sin, thanks boys. You’re pope is still BIG GAY but you’re an inspiration to us all with your internet cath autism.  Shout out to @Godcast and @SuperLutheran for their pastoral care since June 2022 for me. I’ve come a long way in growing stronger as a warrior of God under their tutelage.

       @MoralPanic @Godcast @SuperLutheran I did play college football and I am a mostly pure bred nord, in college I could squat 435 and bench 315. My clean only got up to 265. I had a 5.2 40 and I played at 350lbs. I have huge muscles under the fat. I won the genetic lottery for squat and bloat max and I was pissing it away feeling sorry for myself.

       @norsebaptist @Godcast @SuperLutheran I can't relate at all, I'm tall and never passed 230lbs at my most obese and I thought I was a fat shit at that weight, although I never did any type of training. I know some guys have that strongfat physique but I never got the point, imo the health trade offs for carrying all that weight offset the strength you gain.

       @norsebaptist @Godcast @SuperLutheran Thanks for this story. I weighed something similar, but in a period of two years, I lost 100 lbs. I'm still stuck in a plateau, but with time, my weight will start going back down.
