@eriner Take what I type with a grain of salt...I got 1st gen COVID before anyone heard about it. My lungs were trashed for 6 months.Happy to report I not only have recovered completely, but I haven't had a cold or flu for almost 4 years now.

@thisisthebreath all our studies are shit even without so much of the population willingly injecting themselves with spike protein production juice.I don't think we'll answer the question in my lifetime with any level of confidence.I just know NAC increases levels of GSH which has a host of beneficial effects for the body if it taken to replenish depleted GSH or buffer as a precursor to expected damage (alcohol consumption). Also has cytokine interactions.

@disavowmrman @eriner I can confirm this experience. Alpha was a bit scary and it took about 4 months to get back to a point where I hardly noticed it. About 6 until I felt normal again. Was winded going up a flight of stairs. I couldn't show it though or I'd get kicked off the job site and we were already behind. All the usual suspects posted here have became a regular part of life except for NAC. My body didn't like it, I'd gag on the pill. Might have been that brand but never tried again

It also has interesting mitigative effects on autism symptoms, of which I personally can attest to. FDA tried to threaten legal action against sellers back during covid (not outright banning it), so that drug companies can buy it up to research for covid. Luckily, there was enough backlash to back those slugmen off of the bullshit.

As soon as they opened back up after locking millions in their homes for weeks on end, the virus spread like wildfire and made things worse. More vaccines? Those are proving to be less useful than just catching and surviving the lesser, more common strains of the virus. More social distancing and masking? Once again, it didn't fucking work. Improvements to public sanitation could be an option. innovations to disposable variations on public use facilities is another investment that could do a lot of good. Measures that governments and entities can take that don't impose on liberty wouldn't be a bad road to go down, and increasing access to supplements such as NAC and Zinc could be an option. They won't take that option, because they spent so much time railing against it early on in the pandemic. But imposing on liberty won't do anyone any good. And in a nation like China, where the people are a psychological step above castrated cattle, even they resorted to protest and riots at the prospect of their denied liberty. Either people are not going to listen or the infrastructure put in place to enforce these measures will end up ham-fisted, and doing more damage than good in the long run. Let nature take its course, and let people make their own decisions. You aren't going to be able to control them, and every effort to do so has and will continue to fail or make things worse for you and them.
