       @Elenna I attended poly social events. They weren't specifically for dating, more like a social scene to help poly people meet and get to know each other. It was very helpful.One thing to be aware of is that if your local poly pool is small you're likely to end up with the same repeating core group. Not bad if you enjoy meeting and chatting with them but less great for finding potential dating material after awhile.
