       used to be a kebab place in my hometown, run by an older couple. they didn't speak the native language much beyond, how many and what sauce you wanted. it was always delicious, fresh and filling. one kebab with garlic/hot sauce, and a Uludağ. too bad they had to close at some point.

       they closed down 10+ years ago, but i still remember them 😭 otherwise the pizza place in my town is great, two crazy ladies that learned how to make pizza on sicily

       Sit-down chains do too, many of them use processed and frozen premade stuff from companies like Sysco Foods for a lot of the ingredients. That said my favorites would have to be:Fast food- Taco Bell (Cheesy Gordita Crunch), or Wendy's (Jr. bacon burger + chocolate frosty)Sit-down chain: Chili's (chicken bacon ranch quesadillas) or Cheddar's (New Orleans Pasta) or Cracker Barrel (pancakes)

       Sysco is the lower tier distribution, most national chains will be serviced by Sygma who does their bigger contracts and routes.  At least how it was when I did logistics for a National Restaurant Company.
