It would be better to emulate what they did well rather than expect them to be back.There's always a danger of "invasion from within" if that means the lower classes taking over. @Tinu I honestly think that little needs to be done besides getting people off the corporate social media. Any system that was designed for advertisement is also going to get used for spreading harmful propaganda. Mastodon instances usually operate at a loss, so most of us on here just want community and friendship.
