i don't really usually engage in #fediblock trolling because i am always kind of afraid that by ragging so much on it we are falling into the trap of becoming defined by opposition to it; the tag sucks, but we also do other things thankfully - but i will say: maybe you'd get less trolling in the tag if you didn't so visibly care about people shitposting on it. quit rewarding the behaviour you pretend to want to see less of - how many of the people just poking fun at how stiff you are are really actually worth throwing a pissfit about?

@driftwood I have an answer: Let's use the fediblock tag to joyfully discuss Minecraft, post screenshots of things we build or find on the server, and post about what we've done or what's happened to us in the game. That way we're posting about the things we enjoy anyway. We're not defining ourselves by opposition, if we do that: We're co-opting the tag for ourselves. Their endless whining and moralising will get drowned out with simple fun between friends.
