       @nik do you have a parental controls thing? i had a problem with tiktok so i had my brother set a password for the screen time thing that i don't know so once 40 minutes are up i can't watch tiktok the rest of the day. its p useful

       @pernia problem is that instagram is the same app for social media and DMs, and i talk to people on insta DMs quite a bit. they used to have an official separate app for insta DMs but they killed it.

       @pernia instagram dms situation was only a part of the bridge motivation tbh, most of it is that ive gotten sick of using 6 different user interfaces to talk to people in the exact same way. i dont want to think about Apps i want to think about my friends i want to talk to That's It.
