Hmm - so an issue with twitter fragility and API is that some people who are xposting did not show up in my history here overnight (akhaliq etc). Also the limited masto feed (is it 500 returns?) means unless I actively log locally with cron, I can't get a full 12h history in my scrollback on my lists. Which is bad.

@arnicas that issue with scrollback on lists severely undermines the point of lists, if it means the list is only drawn from the last 500 tweets of main feed

@TedUnderwood yeah; it's proving harder than expected to run my cron jobs on my mac and the tooling needed to keep up is only growing :( Plus the art/tech people who haven't moved yet.

@arnicas Yeah, the artists and the private-sector tech people are the anchor that keeps me checking Twitter. The academics I know mostly moved. The UX here needs work; otoh it’s pointless to post on Twitter without Blue, so I’m not going back <shrug > I guess everything is broken rn
