       @UROCKlive1  With the Rise of Gen Z, we are going to see the difference between the generation that was barely taught to read  by shitty teachers ( boomers and older Xers; 25% are functionally illiterate) and the generation that was taught with highly qualified teachers using standards  to guide them and testing make sure they were  effective.

       @UROCKlive1 Yeah, it doesn't work like that.  There's no instant legislation, no immediate implementation.  You can't just add a boiling president to the recipe and expect results.  Congress passes laws, sometimes the president sends executive action, and then the employees have to read up and get off their asses.Dems will change the system, but it's going to take a whole lot more than a couple of upvotes.Apply for a job there, then.
