#WednesdayWeighinToday: 217.5 lbsDown 1 lb from a week ago, and 6.5 pounds from a month ago.Not walking much is a drag, but I’m getting there, and as I’ve said before I already look and feel a lot healthier than in October.

@Flick I didn’t, I tried to do one exercise session and just wasn’t into it. I’ll just deal with the slowdown and hit a regular gym once I get under 200 I think.
