       Open Source only works if the licenses that it is based on provide developers protection against lawsuits, including SLAPP suits.        @matt That's why you don't use permissive pushover licenses or do "open source".You should use the GPLv3-or-later or AGPLv3-or-later, as those licenses are much better written and cover almost everything MIT expat has missed.
