       We’re here at the emergency room. I’ve been crying since this pm but I haven’t been showing my recipient or he’s going to fall apart.I ran some errands before noon to get him milk of magnesia because he wasn’t regular.  + he has a fever. We were trying everything. He called & told me he fell. So I rushed home. He was on the floor face down. He got up w/ my help. He fell again but he lost all his energy. Called 911. Ambulance arrived & now we’re here. This is hard.

       Genetic condition is hsp4 or hereditary spastic paraplegia 4. It affects his lower legs and back. Now, the upper’s affected.It requires a lot of physical work. He needs assistance with walking, getting up, you name it.Someday he won’t be able to walk anymore. I just wish for a stronger back so I can help him 100%.

       CT scan result. Kidney stones but I believe they can just use a laser to break em up instead of surgery bec they aren’t that big. This is his 2nd CT scan. 1st 1’s results weren’t really that clear. I haven’t asked about getting em lasered but I’ll wait until a urologist see him anytime tonight.Flu & covid results to follow.They just gave him a shot of antibiotics for uti.More bloodwork. Another 2 hrs.

       An admitting doctor will come to see him If he has to spend d night here.Just now….the nurse just said that he might spend the night for tomorrow’s surgery. But the urologist has the last say.

       From the urologist just a few mins ago - - A stone is blocking a tube. He needs surgery right now to drain the bladder and get rid of the infection.Then, after 2 weeks. Kidney stone removal surgery.
