@pennyivy @CRSG @stopgopfox Wut? Parts of Baltimore have been traditional Black communities for generations, while other areas of the city have been white majority or affluent for a long time (esp DC "exburbs")... this is my impression, although I'm not from Maryland myself...

@stopgopfox @pennyivy @CRSG Do y'all know what "exurb" means? I'm not trolling, but you do know that much of Maryland is a well-to-do exurb of DC, right? What area does that electrical system cover? Do you know? I don't presume that the target was, like, poor urban Black neighbourhoods, considering the proximity to DC, that's all I'm saying, but it's not like I have a special insight into the thinking of the whackadoodles who allegedly did the sabotage.
