I am a bit confused by this post ~ again, it seems hyperbolic. The emotional reaction you're having to this seems oddly skewed considering the tone of all of our nightstalker threads. I was there for most of those evenings and I clearly recall that the teasing was good-natured and on the same level that we all were both dishing out and receiving. Muting them and saying they aren't your friends seems a little extreme, but you do you.3. Moderators have ALWAYS had discretion to add their own tags to users. It's not solely a monetary thing, nor does the fact you're a mod on the matrix or that you've donated to the site shield you from getting other tags added. I get joke tags added all the time. Someone changed my "not pregnant" tag last night to "probably pregnant." Pliskin has one right now that says "Ballstradamus". 4. The badges are supposed to be fun. Nobody "abused their powers." The tags are JOKES, and the fact you're still pissed about this days later and that I'm now having to make an effort post about it is really silly. Hope you're able to take a break from this and come back with a better perspective on things.
