Asimov's famous three laws hard-coded into the positronic brains that provided the AI core of every robot:1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.3. @Aether Asimov’s three laws exist to give a framework for his literature and make it interesting. Routinely it is broken, or bent, due to various mishaps and other problems.and then he retconned his own work with his newer works by adding a “Zeroth Law”, whereby AI had to ensure that humanity as a whole, across the galaxy, survives into the future. no matter the cost. and this law supersedes everything else, lol.it’s again, not even AI. it’s a hammer that has had its bluntness taken away by replacing the metal with hardened, but hollow, plastic mold of a hammer.
