@Evenkeeld ya exactly. My parents spanked rarely but enough to know it wasn’t an empty threat. And they let me do whatever as long as it wasn’t illegal but they trusted me with freedom long enough to know I wouldn’t make horrible decisions. Just wish they would have warned me more about some women. I grew up thinking women genuinely are more innocent and precious than men and should be venerated and protected as such. Boy was I wrong.

@acnewberry same but my kid is Gen Alpha. It’s not all broad strokes. I know sever Gen M that are solid conservatives and good people. Same for Z.
