Americans have a right to know how 'sensitive' these docs are & why the DOJ is delaying charges. Hopefully they'll be answers & justice soon. Meanwhile, TFG lives in a resort with impunity & we may never know who had access, how many TS docs were shared, if US intel agents were endangered, what was compromised...: The closed-door session with the “Gang of 8” could provide an insight into the sensitivity of the documents Trump retained and the possibility of indictments-: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/feb/05/trump-documents-congress-briefing-mar-a-lago

@KimPerales The Justice Department must treat certain Republican members of the Gang of Eight as risks to national security. They are not to be trusted with meetings that require closed doors.

@KimPerales They do have a classification regime that is supposed to tell us which ones are more sensitive than others. Trump apparently had a nice selection from "sensitive", "classified", "secret" and "top secret". And his apparent reaction to being caught with them is not "I made a mistake" but "they're mine and I want to keep them". Biden didn't appear to have anything top secret, which might explain how the documents could have been mistakenly brought to his garage...
