       My Ted Kaczynski quote-bot on Twitter will probably go the way of the dodo thanks to the Twitter gods charging for API access, as they've announced this week.        @willcodeforcoffee That would be funny!It is a pity… I'm holding out hope that the cost to make a single API request per day to post one tweet would end up being cheap enough to justify continuing to run it. Maybe I'll encourage a little v4v from the followers if needed!

       @sabbatical I think that in this case, it’s unfair. I think there’s a difference between allowing users to post things that are bad and not policing them — like this instance — and encouraging it, and these block-lists seem to not distinguish that
